  4. Meanwhile, pick all usable meat from cooled bones.
  5. Add meat to pot and turn off heat. Uncover. Adjust seasonings.

This uses up a lot of them quick and easily. We didn't use our slow cooker but you could if you'd prefer to make this over night. Just cut the carcass up a bit more and set on a low heat overnight.
