Place the chicken breasts in a large slow cooker. Top them with the chopped celery and pour the sauce over the top. Add the carrots, celery, garlic, onion, chicken, buffalo sauce, and chicken stock to the crock pot. Add the egg noodles, raise the temperature to high, and cook for a half hour.
