Steps to make Rice and Chicken soup:
  1. Sauté onion, garlic(half of the minced) and ginger
  2. Add chicken and season with a bit of salt and pepper. Sear until a little brownish
  3. Add rice. Cook for 1minute
  4. Add half of the chicken broth. Keep stirring, you don't want the bottom burned
  5. When the broth is absorbed, add the rest of the chicken broth. Cook until the rice is cooked well.
  6. In a separate pan, fry half of the minced garlic til golden brown
  7. Serve in a bowl. Garnish with onion leaks, fried garlic and lemon. Squeeze lemon for a better taste.

Vegetables - sweet onion, carrots, and garlic. Seasoning - kosher salt, pepper, cracked red pepper flakes, dried thyme, and fresh parsley. Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil over high heat.
