  1. Prepare 1 full chicken with bones
  2. Make ready 1 tbsp garlic paste
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger paste
  4. Prepare 4 tbsp corn flour

  6. Get 2 eggs (beaten)
  7. Get 1 tbsp vinegar
  8. Get 1 tbsp soya sauce
  9. Make ready 1 tsp black pepper powder
  10. Get 3 lemon cut in slices
  11. Get 5 green chillies
  12. Take Few ginger garlic
  13. Get Handful fresh coriander leaves
  14. Prepare Salt as required
  15. Take 2 liter water

This Thai-inspired soup is packed with chunks of tender chicken and mushrooms. It's rich and creamy but red curry paste, ginger, lemongrass and fresh chilli peppers make it nice and spicy. Instructions to make Chicken Soup:
  1. Wash chicken and cut into large pieces. In a pan take oil heat it. Add ginger garlic paste and cook a minute on low flame.
  2. Now add chicken and cook 4-5 minutes. Also add salt and mix it.
  3. Now add 1-1/2 liter water, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Now take out chicken in a plate and remove bones. Shredd chicken and keep aside.
  5. Add a glass of water to the stock (yakhni) and boil it for 2 minutes. Then add shredded chicken and again boil it for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Dissolve corn flour in water and gradually pour it to the chicken stock and stirr Continuously.
  7. Then add beaten eggs and stir continuously. Then add green chillies, ginger slices and lemon slices. Mix it, cover for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Now add vinegar, soya sauce and black pepper powder and cook a minute.
  9. Then add fresh coriander leaves and leave for 2 minute.
  10. Now turn off the flame and transfer soup to a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves, lemon slices and serve 😋.
