  11. Prepare 1 Egg
  12. Take 1/4 cup Water
  13. Prepare 1/4 cup Milk

Kushikatsu is a dish in which meat and vegetables are stabbed on skewers and deep-fried in oil. In Japan, we call a dish in which bread crumbs are added to the ingredients and fried as "~Katsu." It is a Japanese food that is easy to eat even if you are not familiar with chopsticks because you can eat it with the skewer. Kushikatsu (串カツ), also known as Kushiage (串揚げ), are deep fried panko crusted meat and vegetables on bamboo skewers called Kushi. Steps to make ‘Kushikatsu’ Skewers:
  1. Cut Meat and Vegetables into similar bite-size pieces. Thread them onto skewers. Lightly season with Salt & Pepper.
  2. To make batter, mix all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Heat Oil to 170 to 180℃. Dip a skewer in the batter (OR cover with the batter using a spoon), and drain excess batter. Then coat with Breadcrumbs. Fry until cooked through and golden, and place on a rack and drain the oil. I recommend to cook only a few skewers at a time.
